Richard is a technologist by background having been a respected CTO for 15 years for the likes of Stelios (founder of easyJet), fish4, eCommera, PrimeLocation and FindaProperty.
He has deep eCommmerce experience having sat on the client advisory boards of Demandware and Sterling Commerce and having been involved with launching 16 eCommerce websites including House Of Fraser, ASDA Direct and Maplin on various eCommerce platforms including Demandware, Magento and Hybris.
Richard has extensive experience of launching and scaling businesses quickly and has founded three of his own businesses to date. He successfully exited a flash sales wine / gourmet food business and continues to run and grow TechHuddle and Elasticera.
Richard is the founder and CEO of Elasticera, a cloud based dynamic imaging service used by leading eCommerce websites such as Ted Baker, Maplin, Woolworths (South Africa), ChemistDirect and Surfdome. Elasticera accelerates the delivery of images and optimises images for omni-channel, international visitors and search engines resulting in increased visitors and conversion.
TechHuddle was born from Richard's frustrations with IT outsourcing and his belief that there must be a better way.
Ivailo is a technologist by background having graduated from Maths School and earned a Diploma of Master of Computer Science from Sofia University.
He started his career as a Java developer in 1998 and went on to become a Software Architect, CTO and MD over 15 years for the likes of ML Systems, Prosyst (founder of SAP Labs in Bulgaria) and ICW Bulgaria.
Ivailo has 10 years eHealth experience having implemented electronic health card and personal health record systems for governments working with the likes of Siemens, G&D, GE Healthcare and Roche Diagnostics.
He has extensive experience of launching and scaling international businesses with the forming of SAP Labs in 2000 being a part of the transition to SAP and founder of ICW Bulgaria in late 2000.
Ivailo looks after the day to day running of TechHuddle's Bulgarian offices.
Dilyana is responsible for human resources, rentention, administration, procurement and facilities for our Bulgarian offices.
Mariyana is responsible for recruitment and leads a dedicated team of recruiters. She is also responsible for local marketing and organising social and team building events.
